Pricing is always a main concern because you don't want to be taken advantage of. Our pricing is ALL Inclusive. It includes: - Pick up and delivery. - Disposal fees. - All city and/or county applicable taxes. Please make sure to NOT place any wet garbage, dirt, or concrete in our "Construction & Home Box" in order to NOT Exceed Max weight.

  • What is the maximum tonnage allowed for my dumpster?
Going over your allowed tonnage is the cause for most unexpected additional charges. Below is our Max Tonnage for each of our Boxes: Construction & Home Box 10-yard dumpster – 1 ton included 20-yard dumpster – 2 tons included 30-yard dumpster – 3 tons included 40-yard dumpster – 4 tons included Dirt and Concrete is not allowed in Construction & Home Box. Not only will you potentially exceed the weight limit, but also make's it dangerous to transport box. 10 Yard Box Only: Clean Concrete Only - 8 Tons included Clean Dirt Only - 10 Tons included Mixed Dirt & Concrete - 8 Tons included
  • How much room do I need to fit my dumpster?
If you order a 10 or 20 yard box, you’ll need approximately 45 feet in length (about 3 car lengths) and for a 30 or 40 yard box, you’ll need approximately 60 feet in length (about 4 car lengths). You’ll also need to have 12 feet in width to give the driver 1 foot on either side to maneuver. In addition to the size of area, be considerate of what the dumpster will be placed on. The dumpster will be much heavier when filled, so take precaution when placing on concrete, asphalt, and soft dirt.
  • What should I do to prepare for my dumpster delivery?
The main item that you need to prepare for is ensuring there is enough room to not only fit your dumpster, but enough room for it to be delivered. See above FAQs for details. Now that you have your location picked out, you should also be aware of the following: Are you placing on street? - Check with your city to ensure no issues with placement on city property. - Place orange cones or large item to reserve the spot for your dumpster. Look up! When the dumpster is dropped off, it can reach heights close to 12' - 14'. Look out for electrical wires and tree limbs that can potentially get hit by the top of the dumpster.
  • Will the Dumpster Damage My Driveway?
While it's uncommon, dumpsters can potentially scratch concrete or dent asphalt, especially if your driveway has pavers, stamped concrete, or fresh asphalt. This is due to the weight and metal wheels of the dumpster. To help protect your driveway, we highly recommend placing plywood, area rugs, or carpet strips under the contact points. A good setup is two strips about 1 ft wide by 4 ft long, spaced about 8 feet apart. We may not always have spares available, so it's best to prep ahead of time if you’re concerned. Also, if your driveway can’t support the full weight of a heavy, loaded dumpster, there’s a chance it could crack or sink in spots. If you have any concerns, let your EcoBox Recycling rep know before delivery so we can help you plan accordingly.
  • Now that your dumpster is filled and ready for pickup, please double-check the following:
Are we picking up from the street? Make sure the dumpster is not blocked. If extra space is needed in front of it for safe pickup, place orange cones or a large item/trash cans to help reserve that space. Do NOT overfill the dumpster. There should be no material sticking up above the top edge. Overfilled dumpsters can lead to extra charges—or the driver may refuse pickup if it's unsafe to haul. **Make sure the dumpster doors are fully closed and secured. Open or partially latched doors can be a safety risk and delay pickup. Thanks for making the pickup smooth and safe! Let us know if you have any question
  • How far in advance should I order my dumpster?
ECO BOX Recycling standard lead-time is 2 days. For same or next day service, please call our office at (408) 639-1373. However, if you want to receive your dumpster delivery early in the morning, it's best to order one week ahead and specify time required. You should also call day prior to confirm time. This is especially important if you have a work crew or friends and family coming over at a scheduled time.
